If approved, I agree to ensure my child attends and participates in the Youth Summer Program as scheduled. I understand that failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the sponsored opportunity.
I acknowledge that Blueprint University reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke financial assistance at its discretion.
